To break in the newly acquired planet racing machine, the [Violet Thunder], from the Tri-Air company by my team, the [Crystal Weed], we came to the planet Lamidan. This planet has a diameter of about 12,700 km, with an outer circumference of about 40,000 km. Two men emerged from the private room and forcefully pushed aside other customers, approaching us.
“Since you guys are so enthusiastic about fan service, give us some too!”
“Yeah, that’s right. Gotta treat the fans well!”
Both men reeked of alcohol and grabbed our arms.
“Excuse me, customers! Please refrain from such behavior as it may disturb other customers!”
A female waiter tried to intervene, but
“Shut up!”
“Kya! “
The man holding my arm kicked the waiter away. In response, I tripped his legs, twisted his joints using the arm he grabbed, slammed his body onto the floor, pressed my knee against his neck, and restrained him.
“Ugh!”
“Don’t use violence without reason.”
“What the hell do you think you’re doing!”
The man who had grabbed Aerol’s arm let go, intending to punch me to help his friend. Aerol swiftly dodged, grabbing the man’s arm and throwing him to the ground in a single fluid motion. The man let out a groan as he hit the floor, then lost consciousness.
“Quick, call the police and an ambulance,”
I instructed the store clerk.
“But… if you call the police, we’ll expose your violent acts to the media!”
the man I was restraining sneered, wearing a smug grin.
In other words, he was demanding release to avoid having their violent acts exposed in the media.
Aerol responded with a smile,
“It’s fine. If we take out thugs like you, we’ll be praised, not condemned, right?”
Soon after, the police arrived.
The men claimed we had attacked them out of nowhere, but several witnesses, including Fino-chan and other customers, had recorded the incident. Their lies were quickly exposed, and they were promptly arrested and taken away.
Aerol must have known people were filming, which allowed her to speak so confidently.
After the police left, as we were about to leave since we had caused trouble for the store, a man who seemed to be the manager and several store employees lined up in front of us, bowing their heads.
“My apologies, Noswile-sama. We should have handled the situation ourselves instead of putting you in harm’s way. We are truly sorry,” the manager said.
“No, if we had quickly moved to a private room, none of this would have happened,” I replied.
As the manager and I exchanged bows, Aerol interjected confidently,
“Don’t be ridiculous. Those guys are the ones at fault! Neither the store nor us did anything wrong!”
Aerol said with a smug look on her face.
“We appreciate your understanding. As a token of apology, although it can’t make up for what happened, we would like to offer you three portions of our Special Deluxe Meat Course free of charge,” the manager offered.
With that, the manager and the staff bowed politely.
“Really! Well then, let’s gratefully accept it♪”
I placed my hand on Aerol’s shoulder, who seemed pleased.
“Hey. We reserved the Standard Steak Course, right?”
“W-Well… since it’s free, it’s fine…”
Aerol tried to dodge the question, avoiding eye contact.
I had chosen the Standard Course to keep it reasonable, knowing that splurging on the Special Premium Meat Course would dent our wallets later on.
“Well, that settles it. This time’s treat is on me♪”
I declared, grabbing Aerol’s shoulders.
“Alright… treat’s on you then…”
Since she’d ordered an expensive menu without consulting me, I wasn’t going to let her complain.
By the way, the Special Premium Meat Course was so delicious that Aerol got a bit carried away,
“This is all thanks to me for making the reservation! Be grateful!”
Aerol said, getting into the mood as if he hadn’t learned his lesson.

Today, I introduced Sherry through illustrations. In my mind, she had no iris in her eyes and had a more mechanical appearance, like she had lenses inserted.
